An actual loss to record, yay!
I'm getting back to the swing of my bedtime, and I've been more conscious about what I've been eating. I've actually seen a two pound loss. Yay!

YAY! I'm happy for you. I'm curious, when did you start? I haven't gone back in your journal to catch up after I added you. :(

At the beginning of the year, I declared I waned to lose weight this year. On February 8, I went to my first Food Group meeting at the Mat.

That's awesome. I need to make my weekly update about my weight loss plans. I try to do it on Sunday, and I'm way far behind (last week was a bad week for my exercising). I'm thinking I should just wait until this Sunday and update for 2 weeks at a time...

awsome. not easy to loose weight. *hugs*
