Resolutions: Progress
⓵ Go to bed by 10:30 every night I'm not working

Nights so far: 5

Worked: 2

In bed by 10:30: 3

Up late: 1

Yes, that adds up to 6 nights; I was in bed by 10:30 on a work night.

But I've got a current grade of 100%, using the formula: (Nights-Worked)/(In Bed)


⓶ Lose Weight

No progress, thus far, although I haven't *gained* any weight, so I suppose that's a blessing.

What is your plan for losing weight? Are you on a meal plan and exercise schedule?

Right now, nothing more gelled out than eat less, exercise more.

Try eating more, smaller portions of course.. mostly veggie snacks..and such..and exercise. about a mile a day. say at a long 25 -30 minutes a mile. Leisure walk and then just to keep your metabolism up. Give yourself an extra happy day to sorta of let loose and eat some candy or a not to yummie cake or something. Like pick a sunday or a wednesday. This helps your body not think its starving.
