I've gotten rid of one culprit -- yes, I was spending too much time playing Bejeweled2, so I've deleted it. *gasp* (From Critter: didn't you pay for that?)
I got more sleep last night, without games to fritter away time on, before bed.
Monday night, Flar mentioned the guest room as a priority this week. I suppose he thought that meant I'd clean it yesterday? Phpt on that: Tigger was out of school yesterday, so we ran around town together, spending his birthday money and allowance. He bought snacks at Sam's Club (where I stocked up on house staples), a DVD at Target, and mostly windowed shopped (being picky) at Best Buy, Comp USA and Game Stop.
I did clean something yesterday: the work surface of the white table in the laundry room. There is now clear access to the wrapping paper and ribbons. The PWP stuff is sorted through, and I've a list of supplies to order before the party. (I ordered the button supplies last night, but forgot about the screen supplies. That shall be remedied shortly.)
Clean happens in little pieces as well as big pieces.
I've started re-reading the Harry Potter books. I haven't had a lot of spare reading time lately, and I'd like to have re-read all six before we get seven delivered.
Gave blood today: my first visit to the snazzy new location. One stick, with what I wouldn't really call digging so much as just a bit of a deeper target. Clean jab though, with nice flow. I've had to give up before, when the needle was sucking vein wall.
I met with the carpenter who's going to install the cabinets -- need to call the plumber next. Still haven't called the carpet cleaners or groomer.
This week's service on Saturday and Sunday is "What God says about: Ted Haggard." I looked him up (cause I'm just horrible at name-recall), and can't decide whether the message will be about gay marriage, religion in the political arena, sexual immorality, or maybe (Knight thinks this is it:) taking responsibility. Could be about leadership (good and bad). Ought to be an interesting service, though.
Okay, babbling now. Just enough time before church to straighten the kitchen a bit.
