I promised a couple of friends the invitation would be up by tonight. I'm late for work, and there's no web page yet, but here's the LJ version:

You're invited to join us in Nicholasville for a low-stress social weekend for poly and poly friendly families. You're welcome to bring the whole family or make it a weekend away for just the grown-ups, whichever you prefer. The 11th Annual PWP will be held Friday 27 May through Monday 30 May 2005.

No fancy RSVP form this year. We'd just like to have an idea of who's coming, and when you can join us. Just email or phone and we'll put you on the pre-party chatter list to talk about food planning and get to know the other guests before the party starts. The first meal will be a regular pot-luck, and Matt will be planning out the menu for the rest of the weekend before the party starts. We'll have sign-ups on-sight for volunteering and meal-attendance.

We've plenty of space in the backyard for camping out, and a few bedrooms in the house that aren't yet taken. Ask about bedroom space when you RSVP. Or, plan to spend the weekend in a nearby hotel. Nearby accommodations are:
<td>Red Roof Inn South</td> <td>2651 Wilhite Dr
Lexington, KY 40503</td> <td>Phone: (859) 277-9400
Fax: (859) 277-9416</td> </tr>

You have April 27-30... shouldn't it be May?
Ob-comp-ly yours,
Von

Yes, thanks for pointing it out.

Going on the assumption that you mean May... as always?

Wow, that's like NO notice....alas.

Don't worry - she means May 27-30, it's always over Memorial Day weekend. :)

Heh. Thought up a cute tag-line for the t-shirts (or anything else, if you wanna):

PWP 2005: Squawk Like An Egyptian.

Yeah... sorry. ;)
