He reported no swelling behind his teeth, and Flar could see no sign of inflammation or redness in front. He had no particular pain, but that would no doubt be due to the dentist's edict that we give him Children's Motrin until Tuesday.
Flar has been helping Tigger brush his teeth carefully, since the dentist emphasized the importance of that for the possibility of recovery of the injured tooth, and said that went fine.
His main difficulty has been in keeping Tigger from being too active. He likes to turn flying somersaults in the couch, and Flar is worried he'll re-injure his tooth somehow. When I called, they were watching a movie and tending a fire, and Flar was telling Tigger that he'd poked it enough.
It looks like he'll be okay. It will be a couple of weeks before we find out if his tooth makes it.
