Critter fixed my car. Following my plan of attack, which was to remove the fuses I'd already checked, one at a time, and leave them out long enough for resetting to occur. It's something that has to be done for the power door anytime that the battery has been disconnected or drained. And it worked. Power locks, interior light dimming, that sort of thing. Forgot to notice if it fixed the "lights for the AC button labels" but if not, perhaps that is a burned out bulb.
The movie only cost $2 each, and it was a fun romp. I recommend League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, no matter that it was panned by reviewers or comix aficionados.
I worked. Indexed numbers, easy work. And got to talk to Wolf and Knight a bit on the phone.
Braids was momentarily embarrassed because she thought I'd been calling Flar when I was calling Knight, but recovered herself by teasing me about having boyfriends. Then made some remark about blackmail, but Details was quick to point out that it's obvious that I don't hide anything from Flar.
And um, shall we repeat again that this is at the office, where I'm "not out?"
I continue to live ambiguously.
So we arrive at today.
One in which I have done little. Caught up on LJ, caught up on *reading* email (not writing it), caught up through yesterday's papers and today's comix. And ran the last load of laundry. Haven't folded them yet.
Oh and, Happy Birthday, belmikey! I hope you're having a great day. :)
Now to finish laundry. And that'll be my productive bit for the day, I fear.
